The Shipping Process.
Every order at Zetronex is packed with care and attention to detail. From inspection to final sealing, we follow a secure packaging process designed to help your booster boxes arrive safely and in excellent condition. See how every Zetronex order is carefully prepared, protected, and packed before being shipped to its new home:
STEP ONE:
A protective layer of packing paper is placed at the bottom of the shipping box to create cushioning and absorb impacts during transit. This helps protect the booster box from movement and provides a secure foundation for the packaging process.
STEP TWO: 
The booster box is carefully wrapped in protective bubble wrap and placed securely inside the shipping carton. Every order includes a Zetronex card that customers can scan with their phone to stay up to date with our latest products and releases. We also include thank-you stickers as a token of appreciation for our growing community of collectors and players.
STEP THREE: 
Additional packing paper is placed around and above the booster box to fill any empty space inside the carton. This extra cushioning helps prevent movement during transit and provides another layer of protection against impacts and handling.
STEP FOUR:
The carton is securely sealed using reinforced tape, creating a clean and flush finish. Extra attention is given to the edges and corners, ensuring they are carefully protected and reinforced to help withstand the demands of transit. To round it off, an additional flush layer of tape is applied across the top opening of the carton, providing extra security and structural reinforcement during shipping.
STEP FIVE:
With the packaging process complete, your order is ready for its journey. Every Zetronex shipment is carefully prepared, securely protected, and professionally sealed to help ensure your booster box arrives safely and in excellent condition. Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 1–2 business days for Malta and Gozo and approximately 4–10 business days across Europe, depending on the destination and carrier.

Are your products factory sealed?
Absolutely. All booster boxes sold by Zetronex are 100% authentic and factory sealed unless otherwise stated.
Can I return a booster box?
For collector integrity and product authenticity, sealed trading card products are non-returnable once delivered. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately via email and include clear photographs of the package, shipping label, and affected product. Please do not open the booster box or discard any packaging materials, as this may affect our ability to investigate the issue. Keeping the product sealed and preserving all packaging helps us assess the damage, work with the courier where necessary, and determine the most appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
